The Uno-style card game, free, with video chat in the room. Skips, reverses, draw twos, wilds — and everyone's face at the table. Make a room, send one link, deal.
If you've played Uno, you can sit straight down: match the top card by colour or number, play a wild when you're stuck, and call out when you're on your last card. What Kosmi adds is everyone's face around the table while you do it.
Every seat shows that player's live webcam. Watching someone's face when the table turns round and they're made to draw four is most of the reason to play this online at all.
Big enough for the whole group. Turn up after a round has started and you take a seat right away, then get dealt in on the next one.
It runs in the browser, on a laptop or a phone. Your friends open the link and sit down — no app, no account.
Down to one card, a call button appears. Forget it and anyone can hit Catch! and make you draw two — but a wrong catch costs the challenger two instead.
Press Play against AI and Kosminaut takes a seat. It plays properly, calls out on its last card, catches you when you forget, and talks trash in chat when it wins.
When the deck's done, the same room does watch parties, pool, mini golf, shuffleboard, poker and retro consoles. You don't have to move anywhere.
Seven cards each, and the table deals them out one at a time so you can watch your hand arrive.
On your turn you play one card onto the pile. It has to match the top card by colour or by number — or be a wild, which you can play on anything, and then you name the colour everyone has to follow. Skip misses out the next player, Reverse turns the table around (and at a two-player table that means you go again), and Draw Two and Wild Draw Four hand the next player cards.
Can't go, or don't want to? Tap the deck. Two things to know: drawing ends your turn, so you can't draw a card and immediately play it, and there's no stacking — a draw two played at you has to be taken, not passed along with one of your own. Run the deck down and the discard pile is shuffled back into it.
Empty your hand and the round is yours. Seven seconds later the next one is dealt, and everyone who's joined in the meantime is dealt in too.
What you're sitting down to, exactly.

No. Crazy Eights is our own game and has nothing to do with Mattel or UNO, which is their trademark. It's the same family of game, though, so if you've played Uno you already know this one: match the top card by colour or number, play a wild when you're stuck, and call out when you're down to your last card.
Two to ten at the table, and everyone else in the room can watch. Arrive after a round has started and you take a seat straight away, then join the deal at the next round.
Yes, completely. The table, the video chat and the room are free, and there's no limit on how many rounds you play. Kosmi Premium exists for other things, but nothing about the card game is paywalled.
Play a card that matches the top of the pile by colour or by number, or play a wild and name the colour. Skip misses out the next player, Reverse turns the table around, Draw Two and Wild Draw Four hand the next player cards. Can't go, or don't want to? Tap the deck — but drawing ends your turn, and there's no stacking: a draw two played at you has to be taken, not passed on. First to empty their hand wins the round.
A call button appears, and you have to press it. If you don't, anyone at the table can hit Catch! and you draw two — but a catch that was wrong costs the challenger two cards instead. You have to call again every time you come back down to one.
Yes. While you're sitting at the table waiting for a second player, press Play against AI and Kosminaut, the room's AI companion, takes a seat. It plays properly, calls out on its last card, catches you when you forget, and talks trash in chat when it wins.
Yes. Video and voice chat are built into the room, so every seat around the table shows that player's live camera. Watching someone's face when they're made to draw four is most of the game.
Yes. On a phone the table stands up into a tall board with your hand fanned across the bottom, and guests join straight from the room link without signing up.
